You can use the full calculator — home price, down payment, credit range, location, and every result — without creating an account or providing your name, email address, or phone number.
The numbers you enter (home price, down payment, credit range, state, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser to produce your estimate. They are not saved to a server or database, and are cleared when you close or reload the page.
We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic and which pages are useful — things like which page you visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which calculator steps people complete. This is aggregate, anonymized usage data, not a record tied to your name.
If you email us with a question, we'll have the information you chose to include in that email — nothing more.
