FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. You can look around, take a shift, or give without creating an account.
What is actually confirmed?
The Glow 5K Run/Walk is Friday, November 27, 2026 at 5:30 PM. Every other Glow detail in this test is placeholder text.
Where do I park?
Sample: use the City Hall, library, or Armory lots on the map. Main Street is closed during the parade.
How will I hear about a delay?
If you sign up, we keep your phone number. A weather change would go out as a text. This test only logs the message. It does not text you.
Can a student get service hours?
Yes. If you are under 18, add a parent or guardian. After a chair checks you in, print your hours record.
Is a gift tax-deductible?
Not from this test. Only a verified 501(c)(3) can say a gift is tax-deductible, and checkout here does not move money.
Does Annual renew?
Annual auto-renews at $299, with a reminder 30 days before renewal. You can cancel anytime.
Who collects the platform fee?
2% platform fee, no tips, ever. Event Hub by 40thFloor collects that fee. Card processing is 2.9% + $0.30. Both are figured on the gift and rounded to the nearest cent. If you leave Cover fees off, the group pays them.
